My services use reflection to:

  1. assess an individual’s or team’s current situation (including challenges and issues)
  2. uncover the beliefs that are blocking performance.

Once these beliefs are uncovered (within the first week usually) the work of behavioural change coaching commences running for an initial period of between 8-12 weeks.

Specific examples of how my services are used include:

  • Performance management coaching for individuals (at their manager’s request)
  • Individual development plan preparation and execution (can be part of performance management)
  • An individual hires me for self-development coaching to improve their clarity re work performance and career.
  • Project team coaching to improve individual member and/or collective team performance.
  • New leaders or project managers who are struggling to grow into their new role and responsibilities.
